Should I stop speaking to a former lover? I’m married and I’m not in love with either one of them, but I’m running on spite after my lover dumped me. What should I do?

I know it's not what you want to hear but yes, you should stop talking to him. Just cut it clean. As for your husband please rethink your relationship. If you are able to see yourself grow older with him, cool, give it a shot. If you see yourself divorced in a couple of years, why wait? You deserve to be happy.
